- Slice up an apple, put it in a saucepan and coat it with boiling water. Boil until soft and add a small sprinkling of cinnamon. Mix them thoroughly together and scoop it onto a plate or into a bowl. Then put a small amount of sultanas on top.
- Peel a sour, green apple and arrange the peel in a flower shape on a plate. Core the apple and slice it. Make a flower shape out of the slices. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of light brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon over the flower and place a toothpick in each slice. Enjoy!
- Mix a sponge cake recipe up and then cut up a cooking apple and 2 coxs apples into squares. Pop the squares into a small saucepan and cover the slices with hot water. Stir in cinnamon, ginger and a coffee spoon of sugar. Let it simmer for a few minutes and then remove the chunks and mix them in. Cook the mixture in cupcake cases and eat.
