Sorry for not posting yesterday. I’m honestly seriously sorry, I was very busy! Why is maths cursing my life, WHY?! Really sorry though guys.
- wash and chop up a handful of strawberries. Wash four raspberries and put them all in the blender.
- Blend the fruits. Add a large splash of almond milk and blend
- Peel and chop a kiwi. Put it in a blender with some almond milk and a teaspoon of yoghurt.
- Take a pinch of raw spinach, wash it, add it to the mix and blend.
- Take a spoonful of coconut milk and add it into your blender. Chop up a few blueberries and if you like, a banana.
- Blend it all and drink it.
- (The banana is optional)
The Diet Starts Tomorrow
- Does it really though? I can see through you lol.
- Wash a handful of strawberries and blend them.
- Wash five blackberries, five blueberries and 6raspberries.
- Blend them all together and then mischievously head for the freezer.
- Take out a tub of vanilla ice cream.
- Add two scoops. Blend to perfection.
