Help and Asking For It

Welcome back to my blog! Today I’m going to talk about questions and asking for help. It’s ok to ask people for help. I asked a very talented blogger for help with photography. (shout out to Coline) Don’t be afraid to ask your friends and family or even teachers or lecturers for help. It’s hard but you shouldn’t be afraid. If you’re struggling with asthma, alcohol or anxiety (look at that they all begin with a) then don’t be afraid to seek help. You can get anonymous support and feel much better. Even if you think you are suffering from something as serious as depression, there are certain ways to cheer up. For instance, pets and animals are brilliant for making you happier. Five minutes with an energetic puppy puts a smile on your face. Consider getting yourself a pet or just interacting regularly with animals. (make sure you always do it safely and don’t break any laws for instance endangered species in the wild may be protected). Please, speak up about any problems to anybody. If you have nobody to talk to you can even post it in the comments below, just get it off your chest, lift that weight off your shoulders. It’s not a crime to be upset or worried. See you tomorrow (when I’ve finally worked out how to put pictures up)

  1. I’ve just answered your last comment! Hope it will help! And indeed, if you need anything else, don’t hesitate to come and ask! I’ve seen you’re struggling to download pictures on your blog. Actually, you just have to hold your mouse on the picture you want to put in your article and slip it into the article content (the one you can edit). At that point, you can edit the picture size by clicking on the corner of the photo. Tell me if it works! xx
